Historical house, built by philantropist G. Kartvelishvili, the architect S. Kldiashvili. Best Georgian Poets and Writers worked here in "Iveria" Magazine 1884-85. Michaly Zichy painted all his illustrations for "Vepxistkaosani" here in 1885. Studio has a beautiful ambience.

Beka’s place has a great location and tons of history. Beka was quick to respond to a few questions and was super helpful. The pictures are exactly how the apartment looked. I’d absolutely stay there again.

Awesome, affordable, great location and character. Host is super responsive. Huge open space - very unique. A few steps away from good restaurants, great wine bars and “dry bridge market.” I would love to return!

Beka offers a great loft in Tbilisi which is conveniently located and very cozy. You have the benefit of privacy while Beka is always online if you need anything during your stay. The space is perfect for an artist looking for a quiet space to work while not exploring.

The studio is as architecturally splendid as the photos imply. The history of Beka's family included in the tasteful decor sets a personal tone that is a lovely addition to Airbnb experience. He also met us personally and responded quickly to our requests.

If you are looking for a beautiful apartment with authentic Tbilisi character than Beka's apartment is for you! Excellent location walking distance to all the main attractions and restaurants. Beka Is an amazing host!
