Holiday makers will enjoy the fantastic variety of places to visit in and around Cannes : The old town with the lovely fresh fish and vegetable Forville Market, arts and crafts shops, art galleries and designer shops . From the old port, boats trips can be taken to nearby Lerins islands and St Tropez. Local trains can be taken to Nice, or sea resort of St Raphael. Monaco, The Italian Riviera, San Remo are easily reached by train and are merely an hour away.
Every year in July and August, Cannes organizes fantastic firework displays which can be admired , away from the crowds , from the balcony, in the privacy and comfort of the apartment. It is a fabulous show and the view is truly breathtaking !

Interaction with Guests
We make sure that all guests get clear instructions on how to get to the apartment and we liaise with our guests before their arrival to arrange for a specific appointment time to hand over keys, show the apartment and give any information, about sightseeing or restaurants in the vicinity, that guests wish to have . We are a team and either I or one of my colleagues meet guests upon arrival and are available during guests stay. Name and contact number is confirmed prior to arrival.

The apartment is so well situated that one can walk to the beach, shops , restaurants and cafes. there are buses along the sea front to access the Palm Beach, the old town and other areas of Cannes. the main line TGV station is just a 10minute walk away.

In low season, arrival and departures days are flexible- In high season, (july, august) bookings of a minimum of 1 week are taken - from saturday to saturday.
For congresses, Film festival, bookings are taken for the congress period. THIS APPLIES TO FILM FESTIVAL: ONLY BOOKINGS FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF FIF ARE ACCEPTED.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment but smokers can use the balcony!

Claudine ci ha accolto molto bene, ci stava aspettando all'appartamento come da accordi. E' stata molto gentile e premurosa verso tutta la nostra famiglia composta da 4 persone (2 figli piccoli). Appartamento come da annuncio, ben tenuto e fornito di tutto quanto necessario.
E' in ottima posizione, all'inizio di rue d'Antibes, principale strada commerciale che si sviluppa all'interno e parallelamente alla promenade che dista 5 min a piedi dal mare.
Perfect Apartment and Amazing Location. The Apartment was clean and had everything that we needed. Claudine was a fabulous host. We will certainly be back next year.
Cozy, sunny, and quiet top floor apartment with a lovely balcony and great location to both the beach and shops/restaurants. Easy 15 minute walk along the Croisette to the Palais des Festivals.

This flat was great ! We so enjoyed staying here, it was wonderful. The flat seemed larger than in the pictures, for 2 of us it seemed like the perfect size. Rooms were large, tons of storage space, separate kitchen with table, which was great as we ate evening meals in, and breakfasts on the terrace, with fresh bread and patisseries from around the corner, were sublime. A terrific spot just moments from the central Croisette, on 7th floor, lift was great.
We were met by Sandrine who instantly made us feel very comfortable and was on hand if we needed for any issues - which we didnt have during the week we stayed.
We would definitely stay here again.
I cant say there were any drawbacks here, but a couple of things to mention, first, we stayed in mid august, it was v.hot during the week, and we had all windows open all the time. We cant say we would prefer air-con, as it would have meant all windows closed all the time, but we needed the fans. Second, the parking was super and safe to have, as in that location it is very central, very busy, and loads of people around, but it was 10 mins walk away - again, much better to have the parking than not, but be aware. Neither of these things hampered our enjoyment of the flat in any way, they're just to note.
Thank you for your comments Jason. As you rightly point out, parking is an issue in Cannes in peak season and older buildings do not have their own car park. After much investigation, we found the underground car park that you used, which has the advantage of having a decent car parking space. We found that often, the spaces offered were so tiny that it was a nightmare getting in and out, as well as being very expensive. This is the best compromise we found and walking from the car park is easy and takes just over 5 minutes to the apartment.
We are very pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us and it will be a pleasure having you in Cannes, just give us as much notice as possible if you intend to come back in August.

I share my time between London and Cannes and I love it ! Cannes is a lovely city with the most spectacular coastine, beautiful beaches , great for swimming or jogging,best enjoyed in the early morning sun. Food markets are fantastic with lovely fresh fish, fruit and vegetable and if you do not feel like cooking , there is a profusion of good cafes and restaurants for all budgets within a 2 minute walk from the apartment.
