The space
Our three-bedroom, two-bathroom space is designed to help you, your family and your friends relax after an exciting day out on the town or an exhausting day of business meetings. You may enjoy:

- Munching on popcorn while watching your favorite Netflix, Disney+, or cable show on our Roku-powered 4K UHD TV.

- Cooking a gourmet meal in our new, fully-stocked kitchen featuring stainless-steel Whirlpool appliances with glistening granite countertops.

- Sitting at the desk with your laptop to surf the web, check social media, or send that quick work email using our free wi-fi.

Guest access
As our guest, you will have access to the entire space - kitchen, dining area, living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and laundry room.

There are a number of parking options available - one parking space in the garage, one parking space in the driveway, and ample street-side parking.

Family travelers, we have a high chair, pack & play, baby bathtub, and children's utensils for your convenience.

Business guests, one of the bedrooms has a desk where you can work if needed.

Other things to note
- Our suite is located in the basement of a single-family home. It is possible that on occasion you may hear some slight noise.

- There is a staircase that descends into the basement suite.

- Use of the yard / patio is prohibited.
