Beautiful, completely newly renovated apartment on the second floor right in the center of Fiè allo Sciliar. Located near Bolzano, only 13 km, optimal bus connections, and also not far from the Alpe di Siusi, the largest high alpine pasture in Europe. A hiking and skiing paradise
In just 6.7 km you are in Seis, where you can take the cable car directly to the Alpe di Siusi.
One room has a double bed (160 x 200) the other room has 2 single beds.

The space
Directly on the village square, 2 to 3 minutes' walk to the next three restaurants, post office is located directly in the house, 5 minutes' walk to the supermarket. From the window you can comfortably observe the village life.
Both bedrooms have a balcony, with magnificent views, where there is also a table and 4 chairs. A modern bathroom with a large shower, sink, toilet, bidet, and a small bathroom with toilet and sink are at your disposal.
In the large living room, open space, there is a sofa, a table (1.80 m), TV, CD player with radio, and a fully equipped kitchen: large fridge and large freezer compartment, dishwasher, glass ceramic stove for 4 pots, sufficient dishes and cutlery, and other kitchen utensils and pots.
In a separate storage room, right next to the kitchen, there are 3 garbage cans for recyclable garbage.

Very good bus connections to the Alpe di Siusi ski area, to Bolzano (15 km) (Ötzi glacier mummy), wonderful starting point for hikes and also for demanding mountain bike and mountain tours.


PARKING

Public parking is available at the village entrance (25 cents per hour) and is free from 6 pm to 8 am. On Saturday from 12 noon and all day Sunday, parking is free. Also public underground parking at the village entrance 25 cents per hour and a maximum of 2.50 for 24 hours. A fair price.
3 hours free parking in the underground garage, from where you can take an elevator directly to the village center.
