Stocked kitchen and beach necessities provided. Family and retiree neighborhood SO CLOSE to dining, shopping, Walmart and BEACHES! Professionally and immaculately cleaned before each guest checks in!

ABOUT THIS HOME:
Pastel orange, Key West-style vacation home is a fully remodeled home that is light, bright and has an open floor plan. The common areas of this home have multiple sitting areas to choose from, which really makes this home ideal for large families. The home has three bedroom and 2 full baths and a BONUS shower (!!) which is very useful for large families.

We provide WiFi and there are countless Smart TVs throughout the home so you may stream your favorite apps. Kitchen is stocked with all your items you need to prepare your meals and large dining table.

The backyard is fenced in and has a fire pit which can be fantastic during those winter months where the weather can get cool at night. We provide a gas grill and necessities needed for the beach, to include beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc..

MAXIMUM OF 10 GUESTS:
Master Bedroom:. King Bed (sleeps 2)
Guest Bedroom #1: Queen Bed (sleeps 2)
Guest Bedroom #2: TWO Double Beds (sleeps 4)
Upon request we have a foldable memory foam full size guest mattress that sleeps 1-2.

PETS:
Guests must have approval to have a pet in the home. The pet fee is $85 and should be included in your guest count when reserving home. Please no false claims of ESA's/Support Animals. We are fair and our pet fee is fair---so we expect guests to be fair. Should a guest have a service animal, given their role in providing service or support, they should never be left alone in the home. No cats are permitted (due to severe allergies).

BABY TRAVEL ITEMS:
We use a local rental service for a pack-n-play for guests, upon request. Due to limited availability, notify host at least 7 days prior to ensure availability with the service company. Their cost for rental and delivery of item is $35. Your Host will return it upon your departure.

The home is nestled in a quiet, residential family and retiree neighborhood consisting of single family homes. The neighborhood is very close to all the beach action, including restaurants, shopping, mini-golf, coffee shops, pubs, etc. Walmart is just 3 minutes from the home!
