The O’Shea Farmhouse is a picturesque cottage right out of the Irish countryside. The large windows in the second floor bedroom are are perfect for watching the sun set over the mountains. A full kitchen, bar, and covered porch leave plenty of room for your family and friends to relax in style. Recycled barn beams, locally crafted works of art, and a stianed-glass window make the O'Shea Farmhouse a great place to kick back, pour yourself a Guinness, and enjoy life in northern Vermont.

The O'Shea Farmhouse was specifically designed with our guest's comfort in mind. Here are some of the amenities we include to make your stay more enjoyable:
- Comfortable, eco-friendly queen mattress
- Full-sized futon
- Clean sheets, bedding, towels, hand towels, and washcloths
- On-demand hot water
- Shampoo, conditioner, and hairdryer
- Dish, hand, and body soap
- Coffee maker, coffee, filters, electric kettle, and tea selection
- 4-burner range-top stove with oven
- Microwave, apartment-sized fridge/freezer, and toaster

We don't like to leave our furry friends at home when we travel, so we've made the O'Shea Farmhouse pet-friendly! We'll provide food and water bowls as well as doggy clean-up bags. Please note that you will be charged an additional $30 if your pet(s) join (limit two pets). We do ask guests to ensure that their pets do not damage any furniture or linens in order to prevent additional charges.

The following items are available upon request:
- Iron and ironing board
- Pack n' play

Other things to note
Occupancy is limited to 4 people, with at least one adult (the booking party) at the O'Shea Farmhouse. Occupancy beyond the permitted four will result in a $300 penalty and may result in immediate expulsion from the property with no refund.

Check in is at 3pm on the day of arrival. Early check in of 1pm may be available for a fee of $25, but requires confirmation by the owners.

Check out is at 10am on the day of departure. Late check out of 12pm may be available for a fee of $35, but requires confirmation by the owners. Any guests that check out after 10am will be charged up to $35/hour until their departure from the property.

Smoking and/or vaping inside the cottages is not permitted, as are open flames of any sort (candles, personal propane stoves/kettles, etc.) and use of glitter. Failure to respect this prohibition will result in an additional fee of $250 to clean, remove the odors, and/or mitigate damage.

If the property is left in a state of damage or disrepair beyond normal wear and tear, an additional deep cleaning fee of $50 will be charged, along with the replacement cost of any damaged items. If there is a mess that includes bodily fluids such as vomit, urine, or feces, there will be an additional $100 hazardous materials fee.
