Hello, everyone! I am an eclectic, open minded guy who enjoys animals, plants and anything related to nature. I am a bit of a science nerd. Love anything related to natural history. I have been in the tropical fish and pet bird business for over 30 years. I have a degree in Landscape Architecture, although I have never practiced professionally. I have a large collection of exotic birds, some of whom are over 30 years old. I love all animals, and breed exotic bird species. In addition I have several lizard and turtle species in my greenhouse. For some of my hobbies I enjoy watching movies, hiking, gardening, skiing, traveling, and horseback riding, as well as game nights or trivia with friends. I am best known for my annual Halloween Party. Oct. 2019will be the 30th year of hosting. Decorations start going up in September, so if you book a stay in Sept-Nov, be prepared to potentially share the house with zombies, werewolves, vampires and other creatures of the night.
