I have a space available in the upstairs area of my home. It has two bedrooms that would have a shared bathroom. There is also a "living" style loft space. Linens and towel will be provided. When you book with me, you will have the ENTIRE 2nd floor to yourself. I do not book each room individually. Bedroom #1 has a FULL size bed and bedroom #2 has a QUEEN size bed. I do have a queen and twin air mattress that can be used as well. I can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people (with "real beds", but I have hosted up to 6 folks at one time utilizing the air beds). I would be happy to discuss hosting more than four people on a case by case bases. There would be an extra charge for more than 4 guest. WiFi is available. If needed you will be able to have access to the kitchen and washer/dryer. I have a nice big back yard with a patio and a hammock. I will consider pets on a case by case bases. There is off street parking for up to 3 cars. My home is located in historic East Nashville (Inglewood). My neighborhood is very quite at night and in the mornings. It is in walking distance (less than a half mile) to public transportation (buses), and only four miles from Downtown Nashville. I would love for you to visit Nashville! East Nashville has a lot of fun restaurants and bars (a few are even featured on the new show "Nashville").
I have hosted guest from over twenty states and five countries. I really love meeting new people!
There is NO SMOKING inside the house; however, feel free to smoke outside on the patio.
I am a pet owner. I have a small dog (yorkie) named Dexter. He is very well behaved and friendly! He loves meeting new people!
Kitchen (microwave, oven, stove, coffee maker, fridge, ect)
I am extremely laid back host! Unfortunately, to cover myself I do need to have this disclaimer on my page. Thanks for understanding.

We loved our stay at Ashley's place! My friends and I were in town for a conference, and Ashley's welcoming southern hospitality and having her beautiful home to retreat to made our trip that much more enjoyable! Every last detail was perfect - very highly recommended!
This was my first Airbnb experience and it was a great one! Ashley has a beautiful home and everything was just as she described! She was a great host! I hope to visit Nashville again and when I do I'd surely love to stay here. I highly recommend Ashley's home!
We really enjoyed our 5 day stay with Ashley and Jen. The house is beautiful, clean, and decorated so well! The beds were super comfy, we had plenty of space, and really felt at home.
I also loved the neighborhood, too. Everything I needed was a short drive away. Lots of interesting houses and new things going on.
We are going to Nashville again in May and have already rebooked with them!
Listing was very accurate. We only met Ashley in person once. However, she was always available by cell phone. Accommodations were clean and tidy. Two bedrooms and private full bath. In an older, seemingly upcoming neighborhood.
Ashley was a fantastic host! She had the cutest house. The guide she had left us was very helpful and she had wifi that we could use that was an awesome extra bonus. I would definitely recommend staying with her! I know I definitely would again!
The reservation was canceled 7 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Ashley was wonderful and so accommodating! She was able to work with me during the snow storm to make my stay my enjoyable and gave a number of local places to see and eat. Cannot wait to have more friends come and stay here. The space was spacious and so cute.
I am a super happy go lucky kind of girl. I love to travel, and I have used airbnb many times to book my accommodations for my weekends away and vacation. My favorite city is Chicago! I love being outdoors! I love musicals, and live music (which there is TONS in Nashville). I have little doggie, Dexter. He is a yorkie--and Yes, I am a HUGE fan of the show Dexter.
I work for an amazing company--Hanger Clinic. I measure and fit people with orthotic (back braces, knee braces, ect) and prosthetic devices. I absolutely love my career!
I bought my house over two years ago. I love being a homeowner, and I really enjoy living in East Nashville.
I was born and raised in South Mississippi, but I have lived in Chicago, Lafayette, LA, and of course--Nashville!
