Rent a nice apartment very refined, its capacity is up to 3 seats. The flat is located in a historic building in the popular district of San Lorenzo, in the heart of Rome where the atmosphere and liveliness will win you over. The historic district is rich in shops at day and at night is the center of Roman nightlife with clubs, pubs, pizzerias and restaurants where you can enjoy typical Roman cuisine. The property is furnished and equipped with every comfort (tv from the washing machine) and is just 200 meters from the La Sapienza University and 200 meters from the Basilica of St. Lorenzo fuori le mura. The area is very well connected by bus and metro to quickly reach any part of the city. The area is 5 minutes walk from Termini Station and 15 minutes from the most popular tourist attractions such as Piazza Venezia, Via del Corso, Colosseum etc. It 'also provided a transportation service with car to and from airport extra fee(65€)

the room is very clean and nice. It is ten minutes from the termini on foot.
Séjour très agréable, Massimo est un hôte attentif et son appartement est très soigné, comme sur les photos. Le quartier est très animé (bars, restos...) et il n'est pas difficile de rejoindre le centre historique de Rome via le bus 71.
Massimo was very accommodating; we arrived later than expected and between his directions, phone GPS and an inadequate map, couldn’t quite find his apartment so he came and met us to walk us to his place. Excellent condition, the couch pull out bed was very comfortable, so no need to be concerned about a comfortable sleep. Also, thoroughly enjoyed our last meal in Italy at a nearby restaurant he recommended, Il Pommidoro.
Great place to stay
We wanted near termini station and it's exactly what we got. Bout a ten min walk with luggage.
Massimo was very helpful and welcoming
Great set up in kitchen etc
Great local restaurants nearby as well
My boyfriend and I had a good stay at Massimo's apartment. He was accommodating with meeting us in the late afternoon to give us the keys to the place as well as letting us stay longer than check out time. It is a 15 minute walk from Termini located near the college district. The place is just like the pictures with plenty of space for 2 people. The place was clean and well kept when we arrived. The air conditioning unit is located in the living room, so you will need to keep the door open in order to cool down the bedroom. The place also has a washer unit and a mobile Wi-Fi unit that you can take around as you explore Rome. Water was provided as well.
Massimo was accommodating in helping us during an issue on the trip and was easy to communicate with.
We had an overall good experience and would recommend the place for others to stay in.
Location: Very good. Close to Termini. For guests going there, here's a suggestion. If you have luggage, cab it. Walking 15 mins medium pace, but there is a slight uphill walk towards the station. Ok while leaving if you need a cab, call before, it's very difficult to get one there in the morning.
Cleanliness: When we checked in the place was clean. During the stay it wasn't cleaned however, not sure if that's part of contract, but certainly ought to be. We cleaned ourselves.
Amenities: Towels ok. Bathroom stuff ok. Internet provided. Key kitchen utensils ok. Elevator worked.
Breakfast: Said Breakfast was provided. We exchanged many mails on that also. Maximo claimed it's not a hotel. Accepted. But there was practically nothing, not even milk or juice, only 6 pcs of eggs. We had to buy everything. I feel breakfast is misrepresented. If you evaluate discard the breakfast part and then compare.
Few points to note. The bedroom doesn't have air conditioner. The living room does. When we stayed we had to keep door open to cool the temperature down. Worked to an extent but it was hot. I understand Italy gets very hot during summer, so if that's your time, you might think it over. But it's your choice, you need to judge yourself how much warm room temp is tolerable. The air conditioner isn't that powerful. But as I said the location is good. BTW if you are facing Termini, don't stay to the right side street or close by, we found the surrounding very questionable. Maximo's place is to left of Termini and good neighborhood.
