Massimos place was great. Located near the Roma Termini station. The place was clean and had a well equipped kitchen for cooking. Within a walkable distance to bars and restaurants. Unfortunately the shower holder that you place the detachable shower head was broken when we arrived, I notified him and he responded immediately letting me know it would be fixed. Also since we were there towards the weekend it did get noisy at night so if youre a light sleeper or have jet lag I would recommend ear plugs. Wifi is available but was kinda slow. We had an overall good experience and would recommend.

Massimo's place was a great place to base your stay in Rome. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

The apartment is great and pretty big with good facilities. It is right near a bus stop that gets you most of the places in Rome fairly easy (if the bus comes... it is Rome...)

Although I didn't meet Massimo personally, his friend patiently waited for us and showed us around the apartment, he was easily contacted, as well as, Massimo in previous conversations. Massimo's place was clean, cozy, and prepped with a few items in the kitchen and bathroom cabinets for our use. The shower situation is tight but if you can maneuver well, it's fine. Location wise: it is close to Roma Termini (the building as a whole) which is very convenient as both metro lines A and B run through there and the train station of course. However! It is about a 15-20 minute walk along the outside of the station to reach the metro area because the direction you would take from the apartment places you at the opposite end of the station. So if walking a lot is part of your daily plans, this is convenient! It was for my boyfriend and I, so it suited us well. There are a few bars very close (one being downstairs) so there was a bit of noise outside in the later hours of the night but nothing earplugs can't fix!

10-15 mins walk from termini, very easy check in. A little bit of noise at night but not much of big issue. Great trattorias near by as well.

Massimo has a great location, and a beautiful apartment very close to Roma Termini station (only a 10 min walk). The apartment itself is lovely and well equipped with everything you could need. The only two problems with this place was that the wifi costed (not cheap either) and the shower was awful as it was either scolding hot or freezing cold and refused to stay at a normal temperature. So overall this was a beautiful stay and a great location especially if you don't use your phone too much

Great apartment that is very convenient if you're coming through Termini and in a really super area, full of local bars and places to eat we probably wouldn't have been to otherwise. Massimo was a top host and very responsive too to emails. Thanks for having us!
