The “Perch" is an all new studio apartment with a private entrance. Your space is connected to our main house but is completely separate. Enjoy a comfy queen size bed with fresh linens, large en-suite bath, a convenient coffee station featuring a Keurig with coffee pods, wet bar, flat screen tv, surround sound & fast WiFi. Relax on the private patio with pretty views of the countryside. See local wildlife, such as deer, fox and turkey. The Perch is conveniently located less than 4 min to I-65.

The space
The Franklin Perch is special because of its second-level deck space that provides beautiful views of the rolling hills of Franklin. With the elevated view, you might catch a hot air balloon flying by or deer feeding in the field. There are a variety of birds in the nearby feeders under a colorful sunset.

Easy checkin with a keypad. Late arrival? No problem! Your parking space is the right side of the driveway.
You can access your entrance through the right of the driveway, up the flight of deck stairs behind the house. You can enjoy the suite, deck space and backyard.
