About this listing
Via Malaga 4 ex-factory. Sunnier loft in town!
Via Malaga 4 ex-factory. Sunnier loft in town! First floor. Nice community around. Wifi, laser printer, scanner, air conditioned. Bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Next to Navigli nightlife area. Close to all relevant trasportation. Very handy if you come and go from Malpensa Airport.
There's fresh towels and bed sheets, and you'll have your own set of keys. I have most things you'd expect to find in a home (I lived here for 10 years), so if you need something, just use it. You are welcome to use the kitchen if you prefer cooking at home, and the washing machine is available.
In short, this is a real house with all the everyday conveniences you are used to find in a real house, rented to you (just no tv).

Now getting proposals for summer/autumn 2014.
House is luxurious for two people but can arrange up to 4, i'll leave everything useful, including two ovens, electric espresso machine, and whatever. That's also perfect for students, but it's not the usual students house. 1250eur/mo all included (expenses, water, gas for heating and cooking, electricity, wifi). This is the final price that includes also the airbnb fees. Please note that the price shown by airbnb changes daily for some reason, but when you will book we will manage it to be 1250eur.
Upper floor is shoe-free zone.
Be aware that cats lived here until 2011, and Tsunami cat may visit inside if allowed. Please, if you have serious allergy to cat fur, for your own safety evaluate these information.
This ex-factory loft was a special place to stay. Only a ten minute walk from the next subway station with two bus lines around the corner. Two super markets are also near by.
Evelin and Andrea were very helpfull, so we could easily find our way to this place. Even if it seems a little bit outside the city the palce is well connected with the historic city center of Milan. And don't worry if you have a long night out 'cause from P.ta Genova and P.ta Ticinese you can walk home.
I defenitly recommend this place if you're not only for shopping in Milan and wanna find the more alternative places of Milan.
Nonostante il clima torrido abbiamo dormito "come angioletti" grazie all'aria condizionata!!!!
Vicino al centro ( 15 minuti con il tram ) e a pochi passi dai navigli.
Andrea ci ha fornito valide indicazioni per poterci muovere in città
Lo consiglio vivamente .
Nice place to stay. Andrea is super friendly and his cats are adorable. Appreciated having access to high speed internet. Easy to get to and from the metro station, although his street is not very well lit so especially if you're a woman and concerned about walking home alone, it might be better to take a taxi.
When we arrived at the place Andrea was on vacation and we were met by a friend of his with the keys. She was quite uninformative as far as how certain little glitches were to work so I had to call Andrea several times. Although when I did call Andrea he was very nice and quick to help me with whatever we needed. The cats were very sweet and lively but if you have any allergies to cats at all, you will feel them.
Although we did not meet Andrea and Mona personally, they helped us immediately when it was necessary via phone. We were completely alone in the apartment, which is very interesting and comfortable as well. The house is quite close to the city center even by foot (3,2 km). Andrea's cats were there when we needed some kindness around. They are really adorable and independent. We highly appreciated our hosts' trust letting us use their flat. Next time we would chose Andrea and Mona again - we are eager to meet them. :-)
Andrea and his girlfriend were great hosts. My plane got in later than I had planned, so I didn't arrive until about 3am, but he woke up and let me in. The place is cozy and the cats are fun (I don't even like cats, but these ones were sweet) and I came and went as I pleased. The loft isn't too far from the center (I walked everywhere) and overall it was a great stay.

About the Host, Andrea
Nothing special about me. just a designer.
I am currently living and working in Finland, so i'm mainly looking for a person interested in some long term rent in the place I lived in for 11 years! I also sometimes rent my Finnish place, if I'm going on holiday somewhere :)
