Check out our brand new construction home with an open concept, modern design that we call a loft. This house was just built, and is very energy efficient with cool finishouts such as shiplap, subway tile, concrete floors, floating bed, and much more. The property is 2 blocks away from downtown Denison which offers tons of things to do such as coffee shops, antique shops, vintage car showroom/dealer, park/splashed, restaurants, boutiques, Saturday farmer market, and much more. Come enjoy!

The space
The space is a smaller sq ft home that I built to be efficient, but seems very large due to the open concept. Unique finish-outs with a very cozy feeling.
