In the heart of Berlin awaits you this modern furnished apartment (53sqm) with a very spacious balcony. The apartment is located in Prenzlauer Berg and is easily accessible from both the City West and Berlin Mitte. The apartment sleeps up to 4 people.

The apartment is cleaned thoroughly before each check in and then disinfected. The check in takes place online and is contactless.

The bright, spacious apartment (about 53sqm) is located in a beautiful house with the Berlin-typical Altbaucharme. It has a spacious living room with a large flat screen TV, a comfortable sleeper chair and a comfortable bed.
The kitchen with a comfortable dining area is fully equipped and has a dishwasher. The bathroom is bright and has a comfortable shower and a washing machine.
The 13sqm large balcony invites you to relax on nice days.
