C U On Broadway is an Upstairs 3 bedroom 1.5 bath fully furnished appt. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots pan, coffee pot, microwave, and utensils.
We have good WiFi and no Cable but we do have smart big screen TVs

Other things to note
Metered Parking is on the streets around the building. The parking garage is behind the building and is a bit cheaper to park.
