You will love it here! It is a charming and welcoming place to call home in New York City.
I have a two bedroom apartment (2 separate private bedrooms, living room, kitchen and dining area) available to rent on Central Park West - right in front of the park. The building is quiet, safe and in an amazing area!
Private rooms available for rent, each the room has lots of light, clean and a cozy place to sleep and relax after a long day around the city. The room fits a queen bed and can accommodate one person or a couple. Exercise is included - stairs instead of gym as this is a walk-up building (no elevator).
You will have your own set of keys and you will feel like your own home in NY with the Central Park as your private (website hidden). John Cathedral in in the corner, it is 10 minutes’ walk to Museum of Natural history on Central Park West and across the park in 20 minutes you get to the Metropolitan and Guggenheim Museums. There are lots charming restaurants on Broadway and very lively as Columbia University is here.
The subways B, C are downstairs, the no. 1 subway is 5 min walk on Broadway, and the bus stop is in front of the building. With these subways and bus within minutes you are straight in Times Square or any other area of NY - very easy to get anywhere.
I am very serious - I rarely cancel as know how it is to travel and count on a place where to stay in a foreign country. I am committed and I love that through airbnb I met so many great and interesting people.
I am sure you will enjoy better New York feeling like home here! Come see for yourself!
Flexible and you have your own keys feel like home.
I am available and easily reachable.
Safe and quiet.
Corina was a wonderful host and a very fun person to talk to! She was very helpful in exploring NYC, from seeing the sights to how to get around.
The place was a lovely little apartment that had a front yard of Central Park. Although I visited during the winter and everything was covered in snow, the park was still a nice sight to see. Also, the five flights of stairs up the apartment wasn't too bad.
Corina was such a warm and wonderful hostess. We really enjoyed being there and she always made us feel at home. The apartment is clean and the bed very comfortable. Corina had warned us about the stairs (5 story walk-up) so that was no surprise, but it was surprising to see how little the landlord has done to keep the stairs up... don't expect an elegant lobby or staircase -- quite the opposite. But Corina's warm welcome made up for the stairs, and anyway, what do you expect at such a great price?! We ate breakfast every day at the Turkish guys' deli next door to Corina's building, and they were also so nice that we would stop in at night on our way home just to say hi. A great stay with Corina, we hope to do it again some time!
The best accommodation option ever! Corina was the perfect host. She keeps her apartment very clean and in a very good condition. Pictures don't mislead, you get what you see. The appartment is very well located with easy access to the subway. Corina speaks spanish fluently as well as other languages, which is a plus!
I had a great visit! Corina was able to host me on just a few hours' notice, and she was extremely warm and welcoming. Apart from being a 5th floor walkup (good exercise!), the apartment is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It's located right near one of the prettiest parts of Central Park and just two minutes from the B/C subway. Excellent value!
Corina is a warm and friendly host who is very knowledgeable about NYC and won't hesitate to give you tips and advice on how to get around and where to find things. She was very easy to communicate with and her responses were always very prompt. She made my stay enjoyable and we went together on the subway to Macy's! Her place is very close to the subway so easy to get to places. And as it says, directly opposite Central Park.
This is my 2nd time coming back to NYC, and also my 2nd time to stay at Corina's place during my trip.
Last time I didn't get a chance to see her. But only by communicating on the phone I felt that Corina would be a wonderful host. So this time, I got to meet her in person, and I was right to my gut that Corina is such a wonderful and amazing host that I have ever met. Not only did she share traveling information and tips to survive in NYC, she and I also had conversations that are very insightful and interesting, showing mutual knowledge about traveling not only just in NYC but everywhere around the world.
And since I was staying on thanksgiving day as well, she and I had a great time with her friends at thanksgiving day. The turkey was a top notch dish, and I am so thankful and grateful about the meal and everything.
Basically, anything you want to know, she could give you useful information for your stay when you're in NYC. What's more, you can really feel like home when you stay at her place. At least, that's how I felt when I was there. At the end of the day, there is a home to go to.
Thank you Corina for your wonderful hospitality. Whenever I come back to NYC, it's always be your place as my home.
Yours most sincerely,
Alexander D. Chan
My stay at Corina's room was great. The appartment is well located, 20m from the subway station. Corina helped me finding my way in NY. The apartment is fine, clean and warm. The only difficulty is the lack of elevator, but we can't have everything.
Conrina is a friendly host ,she chat with us enthusiastically. We asked her many question before we arrived , she responded so quickly and patiently. The apartment was clean and warm , we enjoyed staying there. I am looking forward to come again.
Corina was very accommodating host, very nice apartment , across from Central Park.
She even came out, and showed us Cafe Lalo!
Thanks, Corina :)
Corina was a very nice host, she always responded quickly, took all our wishes and has nice restaurant tips. The apartment is very clean, calm, at a great location nearby the Central Park and exactly as described, our room was small but comfortable.
At the time we stayed another 2 people were guests in the apartment, plus Corina we were 5, the bathroom can be busy in the morning...
I can highly recommend the apartment for anyone staying in NY for a couple of days.
