Kokomo's Property is approx 20 acres and has a variety of unique accomodations. Visit our barnyard rescue animals, relax in the Zen garden hot-tub, play yard games, paint the artwall, enjoy a community fire pit, relax in the enchanted forest hammock, or walk a trail. Try our stargazing trampoline bed to Experience a beautiful starlit sky and wakeup to the sounds of nature all around. Wifi available a short walk away around main house and garden area.

The space
Your treehouse has a very comfy full size bed with memory foam, completely screened in with privacy curtains, a clear roof and enchanting night lights to find your way home and a lot of Tree! Slip into an amazing private outdoor soaking tub experience just below your treehouse, along with a refreshing rain shower experience in your private outdoor spa room. Zen garden hot tub if you prefer is just a short walk away . There is a small balcony off the treehouse to sit and gaze at the stars or lay out on the star gazing bed for dark sky views. Keep in mind this is a unique experience with nature and a real tree, so guests should be comfortable with a true camping experience in nature( some bugs may be present) Bed is netted. Guests have access to the Zen garden Hot Tub and plenty of space for walks thru open grassy areas, wooded hammock, barn , outside barbecue grill and stove top, and our community open fire pit. Thus, allowing you the ability to enjoy the great outdoors and Florida farm life we are so proud to share with you!

A few things to note-Sorry but there is absolutely no climbing on tree(for your safety and the trees health). Please note due to safety and comfort concerns this space is not suitable for anyone under 18 yrs of ageEntire property is Non-smoking.
No unregistered guests are permitted on property.
Very peaceful, enjoy hanging with our friendly diverse buddies. Bring carrots to make friends with horses. Complimentary use of Hot tub and Bikes. Optional Kayak and bike excursions available . As a shared space and due to allergies and a safety concern for pets who are unable to share space with other animals we are unable to accept emotional support animals. As a sanctuary animals on farm may carry disease or other issues. Entire property is a nonsmoking area.

Trudy is a Vegan organic vegetable farmer in North fl. Our animals are all rescue animals. We love the outdoors and gardening, kayaking, camping, etc. We enjoy hosting our guests and trying to make their stay as comfortable as possible. Trudy was a special needs teacher and enjoys traveling, baking and cooking.
