Calm and convenient location

Guests say this area is peaceful and it’s easy to get around.
Beautiful tiny home tucked away in a quiet lush garden. The cottage is only a short walk to amazing coffee shops, restaurants, bars and a grocery store. The entrance has a private hand painted patio that is a beautiful place to sit and drink coffee in the warmer months.

The light rail is a 7 minute walk away, giving you quick access to the airport, downtown and across much of Seattle (no car necessary!).

Other things to note
Something to be aware of is much of South Seattle is under the flight path of SEATAC airport. Mileage varies on how much this disturbs people. We do offer a white noise machine and a stereo with a record player.

Access to the laundry room can be arranged by request.

Beacon Hill is a great centrally located neighborhood with sweeping views of downtown and Puget Sound. The airport is less than 30 minutes away by light rail. You can also reach T-Mobile Park and Centurylink Field in 15 minutes by transit or a 35 minute walk.

The house is a short walk from great bars (The Oak, Perihelion Brewery, Fable, Coupe and Flute – all which have great food!), local coffee shops (Victrola, Fresh Flours, The Station) and some of the city's best restaurants (Bar Del Corso, Homer, Musang, Breezy Town Pizza, Milk Drunk). Our grocery store is a 7 minute walk away.

It’s only a 5 minute walk to Jefferson Park, one of Seattle's largest parks, and an 18 hole golf course and driving range.
