HOT TUB OPEN MAY-NOV ONLY. Fisherman and big groups welcome! This spacious spot sleeps up to 18 and has room for 3-4 boats. Just 10 min to downtown Sandusky, and 10-15 min to Cedar Point, Sports Force, Kalahari, and all Lake Erie fun! Inside: tons of room to spread out, pool table, and stocked kitchen. Outside: HUGE, private backyard, fire pit (wood provided) and private hot tub. Perfect for family reunions, fishing trips & group getaways!

The space
This house is made for big groups! You've got multiple bedrooms, a futon, and pull out sleeper sofa that sleeps up to 18, 2 full baths plus 1 half bath, large kitchen, and spacious dining and living area to hang out. The garage has a large sitting area as well with a big screen TV. The two large decks out back also make the perfect spot to sit back and relax. There's also a pool table, hot tub (May-Nov) and large backyard with volleyball, corn hole and other toys available for the kiddos. Parking's no problem- plenty of space for cars, trucks, and even a few boats.

You'll have the whole house and yards to yourself- hot tub (seasonal), pool table, fire pit (wood provided) and all the indoor/outdoor spaces. The driveway is large with tons of room.
