Check In
  • Perfect! Communication with Stephan was very easy and friendly, everything worked without any problems and he helped us anytime we needed.

The views from the apartment are like described, perfect! You can see Empire State and Chrysler Building from the living / bed room.

The apartment itself was also very nice, clean and comfortable. Rooftop is also great, also with great views to the south.

Neighborhood is also very nice, subway is close and you can find everything near the aparmtent (supermarket, restaurants, starbucks, 24h mc donalds, 24h pharmacy)
Just two blocks away from the building there is a very nice italian supermarket / restaurant called "Eataly". Buy some pasta there, cook it in the apartment and enjoy, better than eating in a restaurant!

  • We had an amazing time in NY and we were so pleased we chose Stephan's apartment for our stay! The views from the apt and the rooftop were unreal..!! The photos don't do it justice. Stephan's apt has everything you could possibly need and more... his and Nicole's tips for our stay were very useful! I would recommend this apt to anyone looking for accomm in NYC.. it's close to everything and super close to the Iron District/Union Sq.

    Stephan is very helpful!
The apartment is wonderfull! Absolutely recommended.
Nothing more nothing less then on the photos.
Unfortunately the roof was closed and will be till 4th of July. Nevertheless the appartment view is enough.

  • Stephan was a terrific host and the apartment truly has picture perfect views. There were three of us that rented the whole apartment for the week and we had plenty of space. The accommodations were clean, modern and comfortable. The location suited us nicely as well as we were splitting our time in NY between Madison Square Garden, Union Square and the East Village - all easily walkable or quick trips on the subway. The next time I return to New York, this apartment will be near the top of my list for places to stay!

  • Great apartment, great location....a little bit more 'lived in' than the photos show but all around great place :)

  • It is highly recommendable. Two corners and low neighbour!!! Pretty good for NY! The apartment is perfect and would not feel cramped (like most NY places do) had we been 4 people. Big and functioning bathroom, kitchen, dining etc. proper doors. North facing windows is light but not to hot.
Super if you like to have a morning coffee or enjoy a glass of wine at home like we did.
The park seems nicer than the roof/balcony due to noise.
I traveled with my parents (first time visitor) and our twice daily walk west to one of the 23rd street subway lines was a bit boring. That strech lacked a bit of charm (in that way it reminded me of when i stayed cheaper and a lot less central; top 10 sights had to be reached by subway). But young me(!) walked in other directions and saw a nice neighbourhood.

Communication and key exchange worked very smoothly.
It was very clean and felt very homy. Good beds, nice linen. Professional cleaned.
