This is a very comfortable 1 bedroom apt in Williamsburg Brooklyn, 2 blocks away from the Hewes M/J train station (2 stops from Manhattan). Finding an apt in NYC that is comfortable can be tough but this place is honestly perfect - clean, enough space, a great location and for a great price! I also have some really cool furniture and the place is not cluttered at all. The apt comes equipped with a full kitchen, two powerful AC window units, a 40" TV, wireless internet, closet space and clean sheets and towels. Its on the 5th floor, so has great views, but it is a walk up (no elevator).
Everyone who comes by loves the space, the location and the feel. Im sure you will love it as well.
Great apartment, just as advertised. Plenty of space for two people. Everything we needed was provided, including lovely fluffy towels. We had good communication with Manu and it was all straight forward and easy. The apartment block and street were quiet. Along with the super comfy bed we slept really well. The apartment is close to the subway with easy access into the city. It is a short walk from the trendy part of Williamsburg where there are loads of great places to have breakfast and brunch. The immediate area is a little run down. Five floors up with no lift was only a struggle when we first arrived with luggage. We would definitely recommend it and go back.
Manu and his place was awesome! Close to everything and very clean apartment. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Manu!
Easy : great place, great location! Thanks Manu
All the reviews have pretty much set things out.
Place is clean, convenient and well maintained.
Only gripe I would have is that there could be more glasses and a kettle but hardly a train smash.
Manu was easy to contact and communicate with and would have no hesitation in staying there again.
Thanks to Manu, good host. Was very helpful if we had question. Comfortable appartment and well located. Walking distance from good restaurants.
Great location. So close to the Hewes Subway stop, even though we initially caught a cab to get there (which was about $25-$30 from Midtown Manhattan).
Manu was contactable throughout even with a few Hurricane Sandy hiccups. Understandable.
House was clean on arrival. Bed and couch were comfy.
I never felt unsafe in the locations or apartment. Brooklyn is rad. Definitely a nice change from the hustle and bustle of Manhattan.
As everyone else has said this was a nice and comfortable place in Williamsburg. 2 blocks away from a train station and walking distance to things going on. In addition Manu checked in with me to see how everything was and made sure the place was clean and neat before I got there. Good stuff!
Clean and safe apartment. A few blocks walk to the metro, restaurants, and bars. Had a great time! Thanks!
