  • This was our second stay with Jessica and Puk, and it was just as comfortable and convenient as we remembered. The studio apartment is bright, super clean, and efficient, and our hosts thoughtfully provided a shelf full of bottled water in the fridge and heavenly bath products. The bed is very comfortable and the towels are thick and soft. Jessica works hard, but she is quick to respond to emails and texts. She and Puk are warm and friendly, and they will go out of their way to help if there is any special need or concern. The neighborhood is quiet, with ample parking, and this time we took advantage of the calm streets to explore the hilly neighborhood on early morning walks. With our family close by, we will continue to use this delightful studio as our LA base.

  • I had a lovely time staying at Jessica and Puk's guest house. The house was very clean, and looked just like the pictures. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well. Jessica was helpful with her directions to me about where the house is located, where to find the house key, etc. I will definitely stay there again when I return to LA.

  • Jessica was a great host. Met her once and that's it. I had compete privacy. I was looking for a stress free stay-I was in LA acting in a film. The stay was excellent. Beats the heck out of staying at a hotel, where you have lots of people and noise. I felt like I was at home. The area was super quiet. I would come home at different times and there was no traffic-super quit. The house is in a cul-de-sac and that makes a BIG difference, especially in LA. The rooms we great. Kitchen downstairs, bedroom upstairs. NO CARPET, great for allergies! To me, it was a 5-star place at a 1-star price. Hope to stay there again next time I need to go to LA.

  • The property was what we expected and exactly as listed. The bottles of water in the fridge were a welcome surprise. The neighborhood was very quiet and a dead end street, so no traffic. Jessica and Puk were a pleasure to work with and we would definitely stay with them again. This was our first experience with airbandb and we were completely satisfied!

  • I had an awesome time staying here. The guest house was clean and very cozy. The location was close to the malls and shopping centers. I recommend staying here while visiting LA.

  • Our stay with Jessica & Puk was close to perfect! The guest house was beautiful, new and sparkling clean. Bed was very comfortable as was the futon. The huge cable TV was an extra treat. All the extras were supplied like coffee, tea and bath products. The neighborhood was nice, safe and quiet. Parking was easy. Jessica was so nice and helpful. Our best Airbnb experience yet. We'll definitely be back.

  • We had a great time staying at Jessica and Puk's guest house. The location was fantastic, with Downtown LA, Pasadena, Glendale, Silver Lake, Loz Feliz and South Pasadena all short drives away. The bedroom and closet space was nice and large. The hosts were very hospitable, keeping the place very clean and stocking the fridge with drinking water. The water pressure in the shower was nice and high, the mattress on the bed was nice and soft, and there was also a futon that folded out into a bed with a firmer mattress. As mentioned in other posts, the street parking was ample at all times.

We would love to come back and stay in Jessica and Puk's guest house in the future!

  • Everything was perfect! Jessica & Puk are great hosts, very nice people to meet. The guesthouse has everything you could need. It´s spacious, clean and new. Good location. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay again.

  • My Fiance and I stayed here for four nights. Its a spacious place and Jessica & Puk have made every effort to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Its a very clean place and the kitchen although on a different level was very adequate with new appliances, bottled water and pots and pans etc. The view of the surrounding hills from the room and from the place is nice. Its located in a cul de sac so its very peaceful and very little noise. You will need a car however to get there and around as its a drive to shops and amenities. If you are looking for somewhere quiet and comfortable and very clean and you have transport to get around then its a excellent place. We enjoyed the private space and our stay here, we didn't get a chance to meet them as we were out mostly, but yet everything was well organized and we had no complains.

  • Before I booked my three week stay with Jessica, I told her that I liked my privacy and how I could come and go without bothering anyone in the house. This was achieved by having my own entrance and sectioned off part of the house, kinda like a Duplex.

The place is great, a perfect size for a single guy like myself. It has its own entrance, kitchen, room and bathroom. The house is in perfect condition almost untouched. Jessica stocked the refrigerator with 16 oz. bottles of water, and on Thanksgiving day she left my a cake from Porto's!

When it came to clean the place, Jessica just emailed/texted me and asked when I would be away, so that she could do her thing and I wouldn't be in the way.

Overall I had a great stay and will be coming back here whenever I visit Los Angeles again.
