The space
'Freshwinds' is centrally located, surrounded with things to do and see, yet it is cool, quiet & comfortable. From outdoors it is hard to imagine how spacious the interior really is. Constructed using natural tile floors, pine and cedar ceilings, marble bathroom, handcrafted decor throughout. The surrounding gardens and view areas are very lush and well kept. Solar-voltaic array, heat exchanger, composting and everything we can do for the betterment of our environment.
We strive to provide electric bikes at reasonable prices for ease and efficiency in transport, please ask for prices and service once you book.
Home is richly decorated with art and craft from around the world.

Freshwinds is completely furnished and equipped. Local area has plenty to do, two national parks with walks and beaches, grocery’s a short walk away, bus almost to the door, electric bikes for rent at reasonable prices.

Freshwinds is 'Eco-friendly' in every way we can be. Heat-exchanged hot water/aircon, solar voltaic array for power. Composting & organic soil amending. Always something in the veggie garden, we share with guests.
Hamilton is a long mile away with all the fun that money can buy.
Spanish point park is the other way & features Bermudas largest shipwreck & what a wreck it is !

Located in Spanish Point, close to Hamilton but in a rather quiet local neighborhood. Two large public parks with beaches, free tennis court, walking trails, tunnels and caves from British Navy days. Local grocery store a walk away

Hi, I’m Debbie Lombardo, owner and your host at Freshwinds.
My family dates back into the mid 1600’s on moms side.
Dad and his father built Freshwinds from the ground up & my husband I dug out and constructed the apartment for our young family a few years ago.
We are enthusiastic Eco and organic in all ways possible; the home now is powered by 24 solar panels, hot water via heat pump & we grow around 24 edible crops.
