Enjoy spacious rooms in the heart of Watkinsville. We are within walking distance of some great main street shopping, dining, and Jittery Joe's Coffee shop is right next door. Located on the 2nd floor of the building, guests enter through a private "keyless entry" side staircase. Each bedroom has it's own private bath, coffee bar, mini refrigerator, microwave and ROKO smart TV which is HDMI ready for plug in to your devise. We are located 8.5 miles from the UGA Stadium in Athens, GA.

The space
Each of our spacious rooms feature comfortable beds with hand loomed cotton blankets and Mohair throws - made in the U.S.A., deep seating, coffee bars, mini fridges, microwaves, built in ironing boards, electric fireplaces, closets, Smart TV's, free WiFi, sound machines, and make up mirrors. The Common Area mini kitchen has a 7 bottle wine cooler and larger refrigerator, storage space and sink for the three rooms to share. This refrigerator is perfect for pre-ordering charcuterie boards from Butcher & Vine ...hint, hint!!

Other things to note
Downtown Watkinsville is 7 miles south of Athens GA and close to the UGA campus. An easy Uber ride :-)
