Welcome to the heart of downtown Indianapolis! This 1,700sq/ft modern family home is suitable for every occasion. The home is only 350 yards from the Lucas Oil Stadium and 500 yards from the Indiana Convention Center (5-10 minute walk). The best bars and restaurants that downtown Indy has to offer are just a few blocks away.

Located on a secluded section of South Meridian St, you will have your own designated off-street parking to the rear of the house. You are welcome to park 2 vehicles in the garage as well as up to 3 vehicles behind the garage.

When entering from the street, you’ll walk up the charming path and in through the front door into an inviting and comfortable living room which features a Samsung Frame smart TV and sleek Marshall Bluetooth Speaker. Connected to the living room is a spacious dining room which can seat 6 guests.

To the rear of the house is a newly renovated kitchen featuring quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped for all of your needs including a dishwasher and coffee machine. Guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer in the separate laundry room just off the kitchen. The powder bathroom is also on the main floor, located in the entrance hallway.

Upstairs you will find the shared bathroom (shower/tub combo) with a full set of towels for each guest and complimentary body wash & shampoo/conditioner.

The two equally sized large queen bedrooms to the rear of the house have an excellent view of Lucas Oil Stadium.

Taking up the front of the house is the large master bedroom which features an inviting king bed and very spacious master closet. The ensuite bathroom has a similar layout as the neighboring shared bathroom for optimal privacy and includes the same convenient amenities.

All three bedrooms feature smart TV's and memory foam mattresses to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

There is a fully fenced in back yard with a grill, patio table & chairs for guests to enjoy as well as a covered front porch with two handcrafted Adirondack chairs which are perfect for sitting back and watching the world go by...

1. Please familiarize yourself with our Cancellation Policy prior to booking. We strictly adhere to our policies and always encourage guests to purchase optional travel insurance to cover unanticipated changes in travel plans. Hosts are not be responsible for issuing refunds due to changes made outside of the cancellation policy.
