Historic 1912 Farmhouse nestled in the Appalachian Mountains. Much of the house has been lovingly preserved and offers a unique step back in time. Oversized porches, a working spring house with natural spring in the front yard, fruit trees, a berry patch, and what farmhouse is complete without chickens, farm fresh eggs? Just 30 mins to Bristol Motor Speedway, couple miles from the Appalachian Trail, 5 min drive to some of the regions best trout fishing, and 20 mins from beautiful Watauga Lake.

This farm house is charming and cozy. David left fresh eggs from his chickens in the fridge for us which we greatly appreciated as the house is a little bit outside town. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

Wonderful place for us to stay! We loved the house, plenty of room, and great kitchen tools for cooking! I would 100% book here again if I was in the area. The small touches like free, fresh eggs, great shampoo/soaps, and a nice welcome gift!
