Centrally located, but absolutely quiet. In the morning, a fine breakfast will get you going!
I live alone in my apartment on the 2nd floor. The guest room has a comfortable sofa bed with mattress, dining table, wardrobe and access to the large terrace. We share the bathroom. If three of you want to stay with me, I will put an emergency bed in the room. For four, I have other rooms.
Parking spot outside the house.
10 minutes from the train station, 5 minutes from the bus stop, Migros, COOP and Aldi.

The space
It's important to me that it's comfortable for my guests! This includes cleanliness. Unfortunately, I have found that few guests expect a 5-star hotel standard, which I cannot offer. We live together in the apartment and use the same bathroom, the kitchen by arrangement. The building is 130 years old, the beautiful high rooms testify to soundproofing but even less emphasis was placed on soundproofing at the time.

Guest access
You can enjoy breakfast in the large kitchen-living room. A kettle, tea and coffee maker are always available to you. We will talk about the possible use of the kitchen. Skis can be stored in the house, bicycles in my garage.

During your stay
Originally, AirBnB was founded to get in touch with "locals," unfortunately it is now big business for many investors. If you feel like chatting with me, I'm happy (if I have time and am in Davos), otherwise no problem. I myself have traveled extensively - and I still like to travel.
A key safe allows for self-check-in. I love nature, so I'm often on my bike or skis. The entrance is behind the house.

Other things to note
The mandatory guest tax of CHF 5.90 per person aged 12 and over per night is paid in cash. A fine breakfast is included in the price.
I have prepared an information folder, which you are welcome to take with you. Together we can also create a program so that you see and experience as much as possible - or you can just lie in the deck chair in the sun. There are lots of books in your room.

Neighborhood highlights

How do you describe Davos? Mostly blue sky and sun, endless ski slopes, cross-country skiing trails and single trails for biking. Hiking trails in summer and winter, the Eau-Lá-Lá wellness pool is an experience not only in less than optimal weather. In summary: I am happy that I am allowed to live here! So I can certainly give you good tips.
3 minutes to the bus stop, 5 minutes to the train station. Shopping within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood.

I like to spend time with my guests
Regardless and childless, I decided to live "my" life. In October 2008, I took my motorbike on the cargo ship to Buenos Aires. Since then, I've been mostly traveling in Latin America, generally heading north. I love the trip, nature and always getting to know new people. I am a hassle-free guest.
