The hobbit cabin is located in beautiful Sudndalen.

The hobbit cabin is guaranteed a unique experience.
Here, you can enjoy free visits to historic farms, hikes in the mountains, swimming, fishing, and canoeing.
At the cabin, you can use our fire pit to barbecue and enjoy the evening.

Info about the cabin:
At 30 sq m (323 sq ft), it offers plenty of space for 2 people, with the option for 3–4 people for a shorter stay.
1 room with a double bed, and space for 2 additional guests on sofa benches that are used as beds at night.
The kitchenette is equipped with most things you need for simple meals. Has 2 stovetops and a small oven.
The cabin has a cozy wood-burning stove with a fire and two good chairs.
One small bathroom with shower and flush toilet.
The cabin also has heating cables in the floor, a nice and warm tiled floor.

Outside in the yard, you can light a fire in the fire pit and in the fire bowl.
What you can do:
- Great mountain hikes, swimming
Fishing and trail cycling in beautiful mountain scenery right outside the door.
- Feel free to visit Gurostølen and Fagerdalenstøl mountain farms.
Experience the climbing parks at ÅL and Geilo
- Geilo offers a variety of activities, including climbing parks, rafting, and exciting bike trails at the ski center.
Short mountain hikes nearby.
Einsetnuten ,Brynuten and the idyllic mountain lake Halletjønn.
All with about 30-40 minutes and walk one way.
Longer day trips:
- The beautiful, world-renowned Aurlandsdalen is the destination of the trip and is only a good half-hour away.
- The Sherpa stairs at Prestholt offer an airy and great view
- Sudndalsåsen along the way, with panoramic views of Skarvheimen throughout the trip.
- Lord Garvagh's unique stone cabin, Lordehytta, on Hallingskarvet Mountain.
If you want quiet days:
- Fishing in Sudndalsfjorden and in the river by the cabin

Here you have the whole smallholding to yourself in a cozy and pleasant pine forest.
You can drive your car right up to the place.

About 10 minutes by car to shop.
30 minutes to both Geilo mountain village with many activities and ÅL with climbing park and a lot of culture.
Electric car charging by agreement.
Firewood is included free to inside use and is also available for use on fire pit for a small amount.
Anything else you may need will work out as far as we can.
