**IMPORTANT NOTE: Let us know right away if you're interested in the room, but please do not submit a "Request to Book" until we are able to confirm availability for your reservation. We almost always respond within a day or so, but we travel quite a bit and are penalized if we do not respond to these requests within 24 hours, which is stressful. Thank you! :) **
Now that we got that out of the way:

**The price provided here is 100% accurate and complete- however, we process 80% of the reservation charges through airbnb, and the remaining 20% to cover state and city tax is payable upon arrival. This is because we are expected to pay NYC taxes of 14.4% in addition to a per-night hotel fee. This practice is allowed by the site and helps both of us avoid unnecessary fees and charges. Please let us know if you have any questions about this! **
Simply, treat my home the way you'd want someone to treat yours.

Cam is the nicest host you'll ever meet with a great pad you'd wish you had more time to hang around in but you'll be in New York so you're gonna be out and about most of the time... a good problem to have.
Great place, great trip, great great.. definitely recommend to stay there. Just to see the big smile on Cam's face is already worth the trip + i had good encounters with al the people i met in the building.
After the first day you will find the subway really easy to use and
that gives you the opportunity to explore the bigger New York outside Manhattan. staying downtown Brooklyn got me a better view about the people of New York. When you give someone a smile they wil definitely return one to you. Do it.
Wow, what an INCREDIBLE find! Cam's place is great, and Cam is wonderful. The room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable and the bed was perfect. The flat is spacious and full of neat books and knickknacks. The flat is on the 6th floor but there's an elevator and there's also laundry on the premises. This was my first time using air bnb and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend staying with Cam, and I'll definitely be back!
Cam is a very friendly and polite wonderful person!
And good sense of the interior, it is very cleanroom, the beds are great!
Also when you visit in Brooklyn, I want to come stay.
Can was great. The room was great. Clinton Hill was quirky and cool, not far from the famous Pratt. Stay here! Word of advice: parking is incredibly limited so if you're on a road trip pay attention to the signs. Trust me.
Thanks Treavor! Actually, there is a ton of free and safe on-street parking, especially by NYC standards. The parking is only regulated 2 mornings a week- so I always advise guests to make sure they don't park on the wrong side- and then sleep through the ticket patrol ;)
"Pleasant" would be the best way to describe my experience at Cam's humble abode. Like I would totally live there and or wish my apartment was as cool. Cam was really easy to coordinate with even tho I had a 2am arrival time. The place was just as described in the photos but he's got cool photos and interesting books all over the place so it's entertaining just hanging in the apt. The only downside was I didn't spend much time at the house except for sleeping which really didn't give me a chance to really bond with the host. The brief time we chatted though it's easy to tell why he's chill enough to be an Airbnb host. I highly recommend Cam's place to anyone looking for a NY adventure but with a major dose of Brooklyn. Cheers to Cam!
I've only used Airbnb twice and so I don't have a huge basis for comparison. But if all Airbnb experiences are as good as this one then I'm sold for life. Cam is the most friendly, helpful and hospitable host imaginable. His pad is clean, spacious and you will want for nothing while in his care. The location is great with supermarket downstairs and restaurant and coffee shops just a few steps further. My only regret is that I could only stay one week. The Brooklyn G line was making my commute to the city a tad tedious. Damn you G line!
