**The price provided here is 100% accurate and complete- however, we process 80% of the reservation charges through airbnb, and the remaining 20% to cover state and city tax is payable upon arrival.
As Airbnb does not as yet include state and local taxes for bookings in NYC, we find this to be a fair and agreeable solution for all parties. Airbnb will add their service charge only to the amount processed here on the site, and you will be able to see the exact amount applied to this offer. Please let us know if you have any questions about this! **

The minute you step in this place already feels like home (a very chic and warm one too). This was my first time using Airbnb and it couldn't have gone better. Cam was great and helpful when needed, would definitely come back.
Cam is a great host & his loft is clean & spacious. The place is gorgeously decorated with little knick knack vignettes stylishly placed. Cam would have his brilliant playlists playing in the background, making the space feel oh-so-cool.
The loft is very close the a subway and a bus station, which was my preferred mode of transport. There's a grocery store around the corner, so if you need anything urgently, you won't have to go too far to get it!
If this is how all airbnb's are, I'll never stay at a hotel again.. Good luck to Cam & Christalle!
Cam was a considerate and attentive host but also great company and a fascinating person. The roof top was even more impressive than the photos. I tried to take photos of the sunset from up there and have concluded it's not possible to do the space and the view justice. One of those things that just has to be seen to be believed. The neighbourhood is for those that like diversity and crave edge. By walking around the bloc you can have coffee at a Dominico cafe, have your nails done in a Nigerian salon, buy lunch in a Lebanese cafe, chat Spanish with the Cubanos in the supermarket and finish off the day with what has to be some of the best Korean food imaginable. It's also a short 40 minute cycle to mid-town and the city bikes right by Cam's place are in excellent condition. There was never an issue finding one or finding a space to leave them back.
What an amazing experience! The loft is spacious, clean and funky; located just a block from the G train making getting around very convenient. The deck is a perfect sanctuary, under the glow of the NYC skyline, to have a glass of wine at the end of a long day of seeing the sights. I cannot say enough about my host, Cam. He is welcoming, informative and good to share a laugh with. I felt right at home and Cam's advice and knowledge of New York made my trip even better than I could have expected. I HIGHLY recommend this listing! I just wish I could have stayed longer. I will definitely stay again when I'm back in the Big Apple.

Cam was able to my last minute request and was there to great me. My room and bed were comfortable. The loft and deck were great for relaxing and for watching the 4th fireworks. Cam was available for chatting and as a fountain of information.
