A beautifully appointed, modern apartment in the listed Burton Flour Mill development. Amazing river views from the lounge and bedroom. Access to private river gardens, only one mile from Burton town centre, 20 minutes to Derby city centre. One double bedroom, one double sofa bed with full size mattress, ideal for business use. We also have a nearly identical apartment next door on AirBnB. Please note the low beam in the lounge.

The space
As owners of a commercial cleaning business, we have been able to supply staff with the chemicals and professional guidance to disinfect the property after each stay. Staff are using an excellent anti-viral disinfectant for all touch points and hard surfaces, along with another anti-viral treatment in a professional machine used on carpets and upholstery.

An exceptional standard of fittings and finish in this converted listed mill on the outskirts of Burton on Trent. PLEASE NOTE THE APARTMENT HAS LOW ORIGINAL BEAMS AND ENTRANCE DUE TO THE BUILDING BEING SEVERAL HUNDRED YEARS OLD SO PLEASE MIND YOUR HEAD :)

Great access to the A38, M1 and M6. Beautiful river views from the apartment windows, access to the private gardens on the Trent river, a secure, gated residence, private parking, countryside, a local pub and shops within walking distance, all make this stunning apartment the perfect space for a trip for business or pleasure.

Access to the apartment is through the communal stairway (no lift available).

There is a spacious modern bathroom with heated floor, heated towel rail, toilet, sink and large double shower. Towels, bath mat, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are all provided.

The double bedroom has large wardrobes with full length mirrors and a view of the river from the bedroom window. It is also equipped with black out blinds for a great nights sleep.

The apartment has all the amenities you would expect such as a hair drier, iron, ironing board, drying rack and washer drier machine available to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washer dryer, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood and a good size fridge and freezer. The dining space accommodates four people and is also convenient for work use.

There is a very comfortable John Lewis sofa bed in the lounge which has a proper double sleep space and excellent reviews for sleep comfort and our previous guests. There is also free WiFi and a large flat screen TV with access to Netflix.

Guest access
Full access to the entire apartment and communal gardens as well as a private parking space. There is one parking space marked 'no 6' at the rear of the development. A second vehicle can only be parked outside of the development on the main road.

Other things to note
Please be aware that the apartment has low ceiling beams and a low entrance and stairs to access it, there are signs to remind you to mind your head.

The cleaning fee only covers the laundry and typical cleaning tasks. Before check out please kindly ensure the following:

- Kitchen is left clean and tidy – this includes but is not limited to washing dishes, counters, hob, etc. Please do not leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher, if you need to please make sure the dishwasher is turned on before you leave.
- All rubbish is placed in the bins provided
- Dispose of any leftover food from the fridge

Our guests are expected to keep the apartment clean at all times and leave it upon check out as clean as they would have received it when they checked in.

We want to you to have fun and feel at home and comfortable during your time in the apartment. However, the wellbeing of my neighbours is important so please treat the property and surrounding areas with respect.
