Beautifully renovated 1,550 SqFt bi-level 2 bedroom/ 2.5 bathroom apartment in private building! Comfortably sleeps 4 (2x queen sized beds) and there's plenty of space to spread out and relax. Beautifully appointed furniture and decor, located on a simply charming cobblestone street. Unbeatable Old City location - just a short walk to all attractions Philly has to offer. It's a wonderful property for traveling business partners who want space, family getaways, and intimate group gatherings.
The space
The original building dates back to the 1800s, and is decorated to remind guests of its legacy as a shoe polish factory. Now beautifully renovated, you'll feel as though you are staying in a resort getaway. Tall ceilings, exposed brick, large windows all contribute to the luxe feel of this unique space. The second floor (entry for this unit) is a large space for entertaining and gathering with an open floor plan including a fantastic kitchen, living room, and dining space. Both bedrooms are on the 3rd floor, one with an ensuite bath and another utilizes the hall bath.
Located in downtown Philadelphia (Old City). A short walk to all tourist attractions (Independence Hall/Liberty Bell), festivities, great restaurants, shopping, and whatever else you may need. If you'd prefer not to walk, the bus stop or a taxi/Uber is literally just outside your front door. This place will delight.
