EVERYONE says that in real the flat appears even more stunning than on pics ;)

Trendy area, sweet cafes, Restaurants, shops, markets.. short walk to "Kulturbrauerei" & famous "Mauerpark" with its weekend market & music gathering...

The space
This stunning place lets you land and enjoy deeply. Inmidst of buzzing Berlin vibes my place makes you feel home right away and provides peace and joy.

It is ideally located to start any kind of exploration from my doorstep - no matter which direction you walk, you can explore endlessly!

Additionally you are connected to a highly functional public transport network right in front of the house. The M10 goes directly to the central main station or Warschauer Straße.
You can rent bikes in Kulturbrauerei (few minutes walk).

Right next door is an iconic coffee shop which has become an institution for locals.
There is an international supermarket downstairs, a Späti 10m further provides what you need until late at night.
And another 10m further you find a bio market.
Within a 100m radius you find dozens of different yummy food options.

The house is from the 19th century, so that this beautiful apartment provides lots of charme with its original wooden floors and high & beatiful ceilings ...
Given the height (>3m) the place gives a sense of spaciousness.
All windows have been renovated and isolate well.

As I actually live in my place, there is everything and anything you need - without being overloaded.

Room description:
- KITCHEN open plan, spacious, cosy w/ large table. Large windows towards the south.
Equipped w/ washing machine incl. dryer, dishwasher, induction cooktop. Balcony access from kitchen, as well as open access to living / sleeping room 1.

- LIVING / SLEEPING ROOM 1 with comfortable bed & large sofa. Also directed towards south with large windows which make it light & sunny.

- SLEEPING ROOM 2 with large bed towards quiet back of house with large window.

- BATHROOM with shower & toilet.

- BALCONY towards the street. Small, but directed towards south, so sunny all day! With its colored walls, lights and plants its one of my preferred spots :) Access from kitchen.

Nicely decorated > attention, plant lovers wanted!

Internet access via WIFI.
Pets not allowed.

Since it's a real residential house with families and "normal" people living here, please no parties.

City tax:
