The space
This wonderful house is located in one of the best areas in the south of Cape Coral.
The house is built in u-shape around the electric heated pool.
To completely relax you can use the big real jacuzzi.
This villa will fulfill all your holiday expectations. It is a very charming, quiet villa, perfect for sunny and relaxing vacation. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
A modern, very nice living area awaits you. From the kitchen you can see the sunny pooldeck with a very large pool.
Are you a boater? We have our own boat dock and this place is only 5 minutes away from the river.

We charge $0.20 / kwh for the used electricity. The average consumption is about $12.00/day

We provide the guest with a basic set of consumables such as 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, 1 garbage bag in in each garbage can plus 2 extra, 1 kitchen paper roll, some detergent and 2 dishwasher tabs. In addition, the guest has to take care of himself. We do not provide a full propane tank for the grill.

The security deposit is $ 500. We will block this deposit on your credit card upon check-in. Alternatively, you can leave the deposit in cash.

Addition to the cancellation policy:
Since a cancellation is always associated with a lot of work and other interested parties switch to other providers due to the blocked house, we charge a processing fee of $ 100.00 for every cancellation.
