If price is your only consideration this is one of the cheapest. The place has a good location within the complex. It is not too noisy. 2 bedrooms up and one down. 1/2 half bath down. Updated kitchen. All other items are in need of updating. The carpet is terribly soiled, mold in the shower. Toilet seat loose. Sink surfaces badly warn. Paint in need throughout. Floor in master bedroom ready for you to step through.
water heater pops due to sediment build up. Master bed is good. Back porch planters filled with cig butts. Oil stains in carport from the oil leaks in the carport. Working initially with the management company worked ok. The wireless did not work and they fixed it the next day. Beyond that if you want anything fixed you will need to do it yourself. They did make it easy to add 10 days to the rental as I waited for our house to close. Is it worth $70 per night. Maybe. In its current state many people would find it too depreciated to use. The pools and spas are nice. You can walk to town in 30 minutes and restaurants are nearby.
The townhouse is located in N Palm Springs, close to the Rivera Hotel. Clean and quiet accommodations, and the 3 bedrooms easily fit our group of 6.
