Comfy bed for better sleep

The Jefferson Street Cottage is the sister property to 26th Street Studio. This 1940’s cottage is situated down tree lined streets a mile from the Boise Capital building. Enjoy peace and quiet in this two bed, one bath historic home. The master bedroom contains a comfortable king bed while the second room has a full. The full sized kitchen allows you to stay in and cook if you desire or take a short walk to many local restaurants.

The space
This 1940 bungalow has original hardwood floors that have character, meaning they may squeak as the weather changes and the boards move. The home has kitchen and bathroom shelves made out of the 80 year old trees that the city took down around the home. The bathroom vanity and bench in the dining area is also made of the historic trees planted when the house was built. We have a heated bidet toilet seat that keeps guests clean during their stay. Guests are welcome to use the entire home except for the basement. The basement is blocked off for the cleaning staff.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to use the front yard and the entire home. Basement is not permitted at this time. If bikes or paddle boards need to be stored, backyard access can be accessed on the west side of the yard.

Other things to note
Guests can find the check-in notes on the kitchen table when they arrive. The key code will be emailed to them prior to their stay. They are welcome to come and go as they please because of the keyless entry.

The cleaning staff have access to the basement of the home. This access does not allow the staff into the home nor do the guests have access to the basement. There will be no interaction between guests or cleaning crew because there is not shared space.
