THERE ARE 11 APARTMENTS ON THIS PROPERTY, WITH EIGHT APARTMENTS IN THE FRONT BUILDING AND THREE APARTMENTS IN THE BACK BUILDING.  THE FRONT BUILDING IS CLOSEST TO THE BEACH WITH THE BACK BUILDING LOCATED DIRECTLY BEHIND IT.  THERE IS A BIKING PATH AND A WALKING PATH IN THE FRONT OF THE PROPERTY THAT SEPARATES THE PROPERTY FROM THE SAND.  THE NORTH BEACH TRAIL IS UNDERGOING CONSTRUCTION TO IMPROVE SAFETY AND MOBILITY FOR BEACHGOERS AND TO RENOVATE OCEAN FRONT WALK NORTH OF THE PIER WITH NEW PAVING, LIGHTING AND SEATING. THE PCH (PACIFIC COAST HIGHWAY) IS LOCATED AT THE BACK OF THE PROPERTY. 

THIS STUDIO IS LOCATED ON THE UPPER LEVEL IN THE BACK OF THE FRONT BUILDING (NO OCEAN VIEWS).

THE METRO EXPO LINE HAS EXPANDED AND NOW CONNECTS SANTA MONICA BY RAIL TO DOWNTOWN LA, PASADENA, SAN FERNANDO VALLEY, SOUTH BAY, LONG BEACH AND DOZENS OF POINTS IN BETWEEN.  THE SANTA MONICA STATION IS LOCATED AT 4TH STREET AND COLORADO AVENUE.  PLEASE VISIT THEIR WEBSITE FOR MORE INFORMATION.
