This is a golf development with abundant greenery around the neighbouring Pavana river. Expect peace and tranquility, with amenities of a modern housing complex. Its a good idea to go out for walks around the greenery of the place.
Golfing is available on paid basis with kits and caddy on rent. It’s a 9 hole, par 27 boutique course which can be easily completed in an hour and half.
Non golfers can take a peaceful walk around the property, experiencing the green course, water bodies, and the Pavana riverside promenade. Being away from city and next to greens and river, the place is always a few degrees cooler.
