This home is in a scenic location.
The Blue Ridge Farm and Farmhouse dates back to the 1840’s. The majority of the house standing today was constructed in the 1880’s. The house has been renovated over the years but much of the charm and original features are still visible. The home is nestled on 6 acres of farm. You will have access to the entire farm. This listing also includes three other small properties on-site (The Blue Sky Cottage, The Old-New Barn and The tiny house).

The guests will have full access to the Blue Ridge Farmhouse, The Cottage, The Old-New Barn, The tiny house and the surrounding land. Book the Farm and have the whole farm for a family reunion, corporate retreat, wedding party. Talk to us about organizing and hosting your wedding and reception on the Farm.

Howdy Y’all, VA Boy born and raised! My family settled in Charlottesville, VA in the late 1800’s. I reside in Ivy, VA with my wife Jill of 26 years and our 4 children. We purchased the old Page Family Farm in Nellysford, VA in 2019.. The original house on the farm dates back to the 1840’s. Thank you for sharing your vacation and getaway time with our family.
