Lovely flat, recently refurbished and finished to a high standard situated on the water of the River Forth. Private allocated parking space, private enclosed rear garden. Conservatory at the rear with views of the three bridges and across the water. Finsihed to a high standard, a home from home.

The space
Gorgeous cosy flat finished to a high standard with well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and an extra set of bedding. All brand new bedding, towels and kitchen ware. The whole flat has just been fitted with new lighting and freshly painted in most rooms.
Beautiful views from the conservatory which has it's only garden and side gate to access the back door into the conservatory. Private allocated parking space right at the door. Rose Lane is located right in the heart of South Queensferry with Port Edgar a five minute walk away, local shops and high Street are just outside the courtyard. Bus stop less than a minute walk from the flat, with regular bus services to both Edinburgh city Centre and Edinburgh Airport.

Very quaint and quite little courtyard situated on the edge of the Forth with amazing views from it's ow little private Garden which leads into a conservatory.
