Croc Condos is located in the heart of Playa del Carmen, 3 blocks from the turquoise Caribbean and 1 block from the famous 5th Avenue. Croc is a green and quiet haven in what has become a busy seaside town. Located on Calle 44 you will be a block and a half from famous Fifth Avenue but one block in the other direction you can still find local Mexican eateries and stores with more affordable prices and local cuisine!
The space
This apartment is on the 3rd floor and is ideal for guests who want more privacy and stay on the top floor (nice breeze!).
The bedroom is on the top floor and has a king and a sofa bed. There is a full en suite bathroom and a walk in closet. Downstairs you will find the living room with open kitchen and dining area.
There is wireless internet. We have 3 different network providers so you have internet at all times.
The bedroom has an air conditioner, and there is another one located on the stairs leading to the living and kitchen area.
It gets warm here in the summer, please make sure to keep this in mind!
Guest access
When staying at the penthouse you will be able to use the entire penthouse. The common areas are shared with other guests, this includes the rooftop sun deck, and ground floor common areas. We have a bike rack close to the front gate should you be renting or buying a bicycle. You will also find our 3 cats in the common areas. Their names are Ella, Paco and Flaco (skinny). They love food and attention (in that order). Feel free to give them both!
Other things to note
If you are traveling with a small pet, please let us know before make a reservation. We will need to know more about your pet before we can confirm your pet's stay at Croc.
We have 3 cats that live in the common areas, they're called Ella, Flaco (skinny), and Paco. They love attention and food! Feel free to provide them with both (they do get fed by us even though they pretend they don't!).
The PH comes with a clean set of towels and sheets. If you are staying longer you can have them laundered at a nearby laundromat.
The laundry of sheets and towels and the cleaning of the unit during their stay is the responsibility of the guest. If you want to book a cleaning service during your stay (cost is extra) please get in touch with us.
We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive, these include drinking water, hand soap and toilet paper, garbage bags. Please note that these will not be refilled during your stay.
We do not provide salt, pepper or oil during your stay.
There is no parking in the building, you must park on the street using parking meter
