  • The studio is very clean and its location is superb. Very close to Russell Square Tube Station. Staff is friendly and helpful, even though they did forget what we had asked them to do. We didn't bother to pursue as they were no real big things.

Prior to our arrival I had emailed Izabela twice but got no response. I was a bit nervous as I did not know where to pick up the keys. Fortunately my friend in London manged to reach Izabela by phone.

  • Clean, new and well furnished studio flat just as described. Close to the tube and the Brunswick Centre for all conveniences and a good number of great pubs and food within walking distance. We were also well looked after and shown around on arrival. Thank you!

  • Very good location, brand new, local staff (a young gentleman, unhappily I forgot the name) very helpful. Cost/benefit not bad. Washing machines and driers available at the basement.
We had problems with the led lights under the ceiling but this was quickly fixed.
When we booked we were confirmed flex check-in and check-out times. But when I informed on the eve of our departure that I had to check-out around 17:00 h, I was told to check-out by 12:00. At the end the Host was flexible and we could reach an acceptable solution.

I suggest you to clarify your check-out time at the moment you book. This will help planning on both sides.

We plan to stay there again.

  • Izabela was a great host. Clean room, great location. Great lighting and overall good setup for a single student.

  • Stayed there for ten days. The flat is fit for purpose, though much smaller than the pictures (I was in 3B). The bathroom is especially tiny. If you want space then this is not the place for you. the flat looked like a hotel room with an adjoined kitchen counter. All the furniture and kitchen utensils were from IKEA. Everything worked very well, though I found the bed a bit too short. There is also an area not shown in the pictures which has the wardrobe and some more space, this worked great for storing luggage and shopping out of sight.

Isabella was very accommodating, and helped me arrange for a viewing and arrive to the place and be met there. Monica the manager of the building was very helpful, providing clean linens when needed and arranging for some packages to be left in my room when I was not in. They were helpful and quick with check-in and out. Someone is always at hand for questions and emergencies.

Everything was clean when we came in and the mood is quite casual in the building. I stayed there for ten days though I know some people stay for months. For me I would need more space if I was staying longer than two weeks but for a vacation spot it was perfect.

The location is fantastic. Tube station, Tesco and Waitrose and lots of nice breakfast places a minute away.

Be warned though they do not provide even toilet paper on check-in, so a quick run to Tesco was need upon arrival.

  • For the price, the standard of lodging and location is excellent. Izabella and her team were most helpful, finding me the only flat with a bathtub and supplying a bedside lamp/table upon request.

However, the flat is spartan & not cosy. Bath towels and bath mat are provided, but teatowels, dishwashing brush are not.

Overall, the decoration is curious and the marble (?) on the ground floor/entrance, while looking sharp is VERY SLIPPERY in wet weather.

We stayed in flat 4D, at the top of the building. It has charming velux windows which lets in great light. The lift goes to the 3rd floor, a hallway and staircase away (this was not a problem for us). The bathroom was a delight — very new and clean. The bathtub is long and deep (just what I wanted) but not suitable for taller showerers! The bed is standard size (double) and adequate. Laundry facilities are free and good quality.
