Peace and quiet

Guests say this home is in a quiet area.
Lovely upstairs tiny house in a tree-filled backyard... Welcome to Atlanta, the city in a forest. You're 10 minutes from downtown and Mercedes Benz stadium, but you'll forget that as you drink coffee on a private brick patio surrounded by birdsong and flowering plants (and backyard chickens). You'll also enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen and laundry room. Half a mile from the Atlanta Beltline, breweries and restaurants in historic West End.

Other things to note
The tiny house is located in the backyard of my home. It’s detached from my house, and you’ll have your own private patio, but you’ll need to walk through my backyard to get to the apartment.

The house is located in Oakland City, a historic neighborhood close to downtown. The area has seen rapid change over the past 5 years, and is walking distance to the Atlanta Beltline, a paved path flanked by vibrant restaurants, bars, and parks.
Neighbors are friendly, but if you are not familiar with low-income urban neighborhoods, you may be uncomfortable walking on some streets.
As in any urban setting, please do not leave valuables in your car.

I'm a lawyer during the week, but on the weekends I work in my garden, hike, and generally spend as much time as possible outside. I love to travel too. I believe that living in community makes us better people, and I'm always looking to meet new friends.
