Charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Victorian duplex. Walking distance to great restaurants, movie theater, and Park Street nightlife. One block to express bus into San Francisco or a short drive to the ferry terminal in Alameda or Bart station in Oakland.

Please note: Once inside the unit there is one flight of stairs (16) to the apartment. The Victorian era staircase is narrow and steep and may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.

Tuft & Needle queen beds in each bedroom. Nicely furnished living and dining rooms with office area and private deck. Fully appointed kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Shared laundry room available on request.
