Very friendly welcome by Lucio. He gave us a bottle off wine to welcome us. Apartment is perfect situated to the touristic spots and within a few minutes walk to tram, bus, metro and train. So it's a perfect place to stay to discover the old city.
Lucio was a great host. His house is very central, it's clean and bright. There is everything you need and for a great price.
Very friendly welcome from lucio's wife, showed us how everything worked and even left us a bottle of wine. Flat is in a prime location within Lisbon just a few minutes from metro and town square. Very well equipped, clean with nice furnishings and a comfy bed.
We have spent 7 nights in January. Lucio is a nice host. The flat is clean, light and spacious, in a easy first floor, close to Praça do Comércio, a center of communications, and Rua do Arsenal has not slopes!.
High celings and wide walls,(a little heater is sufficient for Winter time).
Tiny bathroon, full-equiped kitchen (with a recently fixed oven).
Thank you for the wine. Muito obrigado.
