Welcome to our renovated mid-century home in Historic Duke Park. This house has all new appliances and modern accents. Our 1,000 square foot brick bungalow is located in a very lively and safe neighborhood just minutes from downtown Durham. Have fun exploring local bars, wine shops, restaurants, theaters, tattoo parlors, and more!

The space
Remodeled in the Fall of 2019, this 1,000 square foot home has clean lines and functional use: freshly painted, all new kitchen and bathroom, and screened in porch.

The house has two rooms, both with queen size beds, closets and dressers for your things. One room has a desk if you must conduct business on your stay.

The main living room is open concept kitchen/dining/living. It has a smart TV (you can log into your own accounts), decorative fireplace, central heat/air with a thermostat on the chalk wall (get creative).

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has brand new appliances (gas range, dishwasher, microwave) and a cozy nook for your morning coffee/tea.

The front and back gardens are a relaxing space to enjoy a beer or glass of wine.

Ample free parking on the street.

The home is less than a mile from the main hub of downtown. $4 - 6 by Uber! Taking Mangum to Geer St. (1.1 miles), you’ll find Fullsteam Brewery, Cocoa Cinnamon for coffee, and Louella for beer and wine. Just a short walk south gets you to Main Street for exciting restaurants, Durham performing arts center, art galleries, and more!
