A Stone Throw Away From Downtown/UT

Apartment - Private room · Enfield Rd, Austin, TX 78703, United States

An apartment full of character, a town full of music & a bedroom awaiting you. Come & Explore.

The Space

This is a wonderful 2 Bedroom 1 Bath Apartment that has a private 11x16 bedroom awaiting you. The bed is a queen sized four post bed. The room has two large windows. The bathroom is shared.
Full Kitchen. Spacious living room. Patio facing the street. Wireless internet & basic cable (I know, boring). Great neighbors and of course Austin, TX!

With the heart of downtown just a few blocks away you can have the peace of mind knowing you are close enough and yet just far enough away.

The neighborhood is called Clarksville and or Old Enfield. It has a lot of history to it. The location is a few blocks in each direction for either downtown or the University of Texas, Austin. Perfect location for those attending a conference downtown or visiting those attending the university. You can view the Capital of Texas building once you step outside... you are that close! The apartment is centrally located and has easy access to all major freeways. There is wireless internet & ample parking. Cute pool that is attached to the old Governor's Mansion. We (other tenants & I) refer to this area as our own little Melrose Place. During the spring through the mid-fall you will feel right at home with the southern hospitality of my neighbors and the plenty of poolside BBQ's.

I've only been in Austin, TX for 3 years and am still finding lots of incredible places to go and discover. I'd love to play your tour guide... if need be!

I do have a couch as well as multiple quality air-mattresses if you need to squeeze in a few more guests. More the merrier! ;)

***If you are interested in renting out the whole apartment please contact me and perhaps we could work something out! Thanks!***

I have both a small dog, Kramer, & an indoor cat, Castanza. Seinfeld fan... yada yada. I'm also a fantastic host! Email me with any questions.

Check In
  • Very nice room with a professional interior architect´s touch for those who care (I do). Clean and tidy. About 20-25 minutes from downtown (Walking) and UT campus within walking distance as well. Friendly dog. Easy arrival and take off. Would book again.

  • I have at great stay at Brianna's place! The bed was comfortable, it's a nice walk from downtown, and Brionna and her fiancée were incredibly friendly.

  • Amazing place to stay!!! Close to downtown and the hospitality couldn't be better!

  • Had the pleasure of staying at this amazing place over SXSW 2014! It is such a great location walking only minutes so many great places to eat, including the original Whole Foods. The hosts Brianna and Craig were incredible. So welcoming and always willing to help out with any questions we had. Walking distance from Austin's graffiti park, a must-see. Less than a $10 cab ride to downtown to 6th street, and quite a wonderful stumble home past the Capitol building to be honest. Even with 3 of us, we were all very comfortable. Wouldn't have changed a thing! And don't even get me started on Kramer and Costanza! Stay here and you will not regret it.

  • What a blast! I had such a great time staying with Brianna in Austin for SXSW. I felt so at home and comfortable and of course the location was amazing - walking distance from downtown and in a safe neighborhood. Didn't want to leave! Would definitely come back and stay again!

  • Stayed here for the Austin Marathon last weekend. Didn't meet Brianna until near the end of my stay, but she was incredibly sweet and welcoming. A welcoming and comfortable stay for anyone visiting Austin.

    February 2014
  • Brianna was a wonderful host. She was prompt and easy to communicate with before I arrived and sweet and helpful once I was there. The apartment is very clean and attractive and I can't remember a more comfortable bed. I was attending a conference at UT Austin and it was an easy 15-20 minute walk into the university. I would recommend it highly for anyone visiting for work or pleasure.

  • Brianna has a great place with a ton of character. A very positive experience and easy walk to downtown. I would stay here again.

    January 2014
  • We had a wonderful experience. Brianna apartment was comfortable and clean. She greeted us with a glass of wine and was very warm and kind. We felt at home in her space. The location was great. Quiet and charming part of Austin. Easy walk to downtown. If you want to rent bikes a ten min walk down Lamar gets you to wonderful bike shop. I would stay here again!
