Welcome to our tiny old house with 2 units: basement and upstairs. Built in 1921 and renovated in 1950. Each unit has 2 bedrooms Q-bed with a bathroom, kitchen and living room with 900sq/ft. Our house located in North Aurora, 17 miles from DIA, 7.7 miles from Downtown, 28miles from Red Rocks, 1.6miles from Anschutz Medical Campus. Not luxury modern house. Modest, racially diverse, residential, and 92% of population is Hispanic, Black/African and Asian American.

The space
Parking is on front of the fence's door and on the street. The space is clean and spacious. It's darker basement with small windows with ceilings less than 7ft high. Installed smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in each unit. Functional and comfortable 900SF units and Check yourself in with the code lock and keys and it has outdoor cameras and a monitor. Please park small sedan cars head-in parking in the front of the fence.
Washer and Dryer in next door of basement unit.
