Other things to note
All guests must read the BEFORE booking. You'll see why I ask at the end. If you haven't read the full thing, I will not accept your request...

The Lavender field blooms in the Spring and Fall

Can I cook a meal? Grill? Roast some marshmallows?

Cooking ( yes, you can totally make a meal) single-pot meals work best here. You can also use our grill! (Make sure to grab coal and wood, due to insurance restrictions we cannot provide those items for you)

There’s a single-induction electric cooktop. We provide a full set of pots and pans
There are cooking utensils, mixing bowls cutting boards, and utensils in addition to our lovely anthro plates and CB2 drinkware.

We provide tea, coffee, salt pepper, oil, and vinegar. There is a french press, electric kettle, microwave, toaster

Grillin and Roasting:
We have pokers for the slate fire pit. You provide your own wood, starter, and matches :) You can pick that up at any grocery and gas station. (Hannaford is 15 min away)

We have a small grill for your use as well (please bring your own charcoal)

Trash Policy:

Trash, including toilet liners, must be taken to the trash bins on Lattintown Road.

Failure to properly dispose of all trash including, and especially used toilet liners, will result in a 100$ fee that is given directly to the cleaning crew who will have to remove said refuse.

This is a non-negotiable fee.

Pets: are not allowed on the property. There is a $500 fine of you bring an unauthorized pet

Extra people: are not allowed on the property. There is a $500 fine of you bring an unauthorized person to the property

During the Winter we suggest quests have 4 wheel drive.

There is another tiny house on the property you may see other guests. There is a ranch house up on a hill blocked off by a large fence. It's not visible from the TH

-Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the space-age toilet, and how to dispose of the liner on your way out (info in the email I will send prior)
- No fireworks.
- Please no smoking inside, or leaving cigarette butts outside. And please do not smoke right next to the open door, to keep it from getting inside.
- Please use coasters or placemats when putting things on wood surfaces.
- Please do your best not to stain the linens/pillowcases with mascara or makeup. Dark handtowels are provided for face washing
- Please, no firearms on-premises.
- Please no unregistered visitors or pets.
-All guests must park in the designated spot. Note that it is a short walk from the house along an unpaved and uneven road. Please let me know in advance if you have mobility issues that may impact your ability to make this walk with luggage/belongings so we can accommodate. Guests are not permitted to drive on the grass closer to the house as this damages the sodding.
