Travel back to 1956 in this 36-foot Spartan Royal Manor is all original. High-speed WiFi. Located in a micro resort, Hot Tub, Pool, and Dog park are shared. This a vintage experience for adventure seekers only, please. We are located 4 miles from Rockport Beach and fine fresh seafood dining. All well-behaved pets are welcome here.

The space
New refrigerator, sadly no one appreciated the (noisy) original 1956 fridge :(
The coffee maker is an electric percolator.

The bathroom is small

We care about the environment, so instead of paper towels we provide cup towels to dry your hands with :)

I am a retired flight paramedic and love living on the Texas coast and sharing this beautiful place with others helps me to heal from the loss of both of my children in two separate car accidents. I am addicted to sailing and racing sunfish sailboats. What a rush! My husband and I will soon retire and take our sailboat to Costa Rica.
