What Makes This Place Special?
• Stunning Views: Most places near Zion have walls. We made ours optional. The large window wall opens up to connect your indoor space with uninterrupted views of Zion’s southern mountain range. Sunrise coffee, sunset wine, and zero crowds- you literally can’t replicate this.
• Adventure Basecamp: 45 min scenic drive to Zion, 20 min to Coral Pink Sand Dunes, 15 min to Kanab & 10 min to Water Canyon; or skip the drive entirely & hike, bike or book a guided horse tour directly into BLM canyonlands from the property
• Pet-Friendly: Your adventure buddy is welcome! $25 flat fee for pets.

🏜 Direct BLM trail access (rare near Zion): Step off the porch & hike straight into public red-rock canyons on protected BLM land bordering the cabin. No crowds, no trailhead drive, no gatekeeping. This is Southwest backcountry access + a luxury basecamp in one stay.
🏜 About the Property Layout: The A-Frame is part of a thoughtfully designed 2-acre property that includes 4 additional cabins. Each one is spaced ~10–15 yards apart & positioned among the juniper trees for visual separation. All cabins have their own private amenities and designated outdoor areas.
While you may occasionally see other guests on the property, shared spaces are limited & we ask that everyone be respectful of one another’s experience.
🏜 There is a rural neighborhood to the west of the cabin & undisturbed BLM public lands - ideal for walking and exploration - to the north. Southern Utah has some of the most renowned ATV riding trails in the country, leaving guests with the possibility to hear ATV's from time to time.
🏜 The 8-person cedarwood sauna is located central to the site and is shared amongst all guests. Note that this accommodation is not private, all guests on site are invited to use it.

What to Know Before You Go:
• No WiFi, but strong cell service: unplug without panic. There’s free WiFi at Bee’s Marketplace nearby, plus a coffee shop to work from around the corner
• High-desert setting: expect sand, wind, small bugs & local wildlife. Summer days can be hot & winter nights can be chilly- the weather can drastically change last minute so make sure to pack accordingly.
• Food Storage: insulated cooler on the porch (make sure to grab ice) + a mini fridge inside the cabin. A full breakdown of the outdoor kitchen can be gound in the Property Description.

Got a furry friend? Bring them along for a $25 flat fee! Just let us know when you book and follow these simple rules:
1. No pets on the furniture.
2. Clean up after them.

Neighborhood highlights
We are located at the base of a canyon in Hildale, Utah close enough to some local amenities (bakery's, 5-6 dining and coffee options, a brewery and a full sized grocery market less than 10 min away) but far enough away that guests can enjoy a bit of peace and solitude.
Hildale has beautiful sandstone formations & attractions such as nearby Water Canyon Trailhead, Gooseberry Mesa & Maxwell Park.
The terrain is very similar to Zion National Park. This region is especially known for hiking, mountain biking & ATV trails.
We are 50 min. from Zion National Park, 45 min. From Kanab, Utah and less than 2 hours from Bryce Canyon National Park, Grand Canyon National Park & Page, AZ.
Hildale has beautiful sandstone formations & attractions such as nearby Water Canyon Trailhead, Gooseberry Mesa & Maxwell Park.
